Tirsa C. Quartullo, DNP, DCNP, is a doctoral prepared, Board certified dermatology nurse practitioner in Phoenix, AZ.
In 1999, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and in 2002 a Master of Science (MS) degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University at Buffalo in New York. Tirsa earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah in 2009.
In 2005, Tirsa completed an internship in general dermatology and cosmetic dermatology in West Des Moines, Iowa. She began her aesthetic and dermatology career in that same year working for a small dermatology clinic in the West Valley of Phoenix.
In 2013 Tirsa joined Arizona Dermatology and worked alongside several of the best dermatologists in the southwest. Her vast knowledge and expertise in medical and cosmetic dermatology is greatly attributed to learning from top leaders in the field.
Tirsa’s proficiency and mastery of aesthetic skill stems from countless hours of didactic and hands-on training with experts in the field. Tirsa takes pride in keeping up with the latest developments and techniques. Years of experience has helped her become not only an incredible artist but also one that takes the safety and happiness of her patients seriously.
Tirsa has served as a speaker for various organizations such as AbbVie Inc, Regeneron Inc, and as an injector trainer for Galderma Inc. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member and clinical preceptor for Arizona State University’s College of Nursing and Health Innovation.
She is a member of the Aesthetic Multispecialty Society and the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.

Katherine is a licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician with 15 years of experience in Phoenix, Arizona.
She earned her Aesthetic Certification in 2010 from Kohler Academy in Scottsdale, AZ (now Penrose Academy), and completed her Laser Certification that same year at the National Laser Institute, also in Scottsdale.
For the past eight years, Katherine has served as the Lead Aesthetician at the highly regarded Arizona Dermatology. Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Katherine has earned the trust and loyalty of her patients, many of whom specifically seek out her care. She takes great pride in providing personalized, high-quality treatments and is deeply committed to helping her patients feel confident in their skin
